Total Immersion Swim Program at the Lake

This is from a Total Immersion event held at Williams Lake during one of the final weekends of Summer Swim. Total Immersion is an international swim program that originally started in New Paltz, and is the only swim training program in history to have created a worldwide following of enthusiastic and empowered swimmers!
